Cultivating Character Strengths Through Appreciative Inquiry:
A Workshop for Leaders, Managers, and Consultants in Change
July 16 and 17th, Boston MA
This workshop draws upon the foundations of Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry. Positive psychology is the study of what makes life most worth living, by emphasizing the positive emotions, thought patterns, and relationships that contribute to human flourishing. Appreciative Inquiry asks questions about what we value and want more of in ourselves, in our relationships and
in our communities. Join leading-edge practitioners and consultants, David Haddad, Ed.D. and Claire Fialkov, Ph.D. to explore the theory and practice of this cutting edge approach to
organizational change, professional and personal development. This workshop uses the Values in Action Survey (VIA) to help you assess and appreciate your character strengths and explore how
they can enrich your personal and professional life. When your strengths are acknowledged, you will feel more connected, enlivened and competent. This workshop fulfills a requirement for the Corporation for Positive Change Certificate Program.
