Our Philosophy
We believe that, as individuals, we begin to more clearly understand ourselves as we more clearly understand our relationships with others. And, as we begin to more clearly understand our relationships with others, we more clearly understand ourselves. This is the circularity of life and a concept that is at the core of Marriage and Family approach to therapy.
A Goal Oriented Approach
We believe in a more concrete approach to therapy and in setting goals that can be attained in a finite number of sessions.

The Massachusetts Association for Marriage and Family Therapy works to promote and develop the profession in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
MAMFT advocates for Marriage and Family Therapists's professional growth and success. We seek legal and professional parity among human service providers.
